US Patent No. 12,049,608 B2; (Gregory Scot Miracle, Daniel Dale Ditullio, Dominick Joseph Valenti, Sanjeev Kumar Dey, Haihu Qin); The Procter & Gamble Company has patented laundry care composition comprising at least one laundry care ingredient and a leuco composition wherein the laundry care composition has a ΔHA of at least 10. The leuco composition is a compound according the formula (shown below).

The ratio of Formula I to its oxidized form is at least 1:3.

All of the Ro and Rm groups on all three rings A, B or C are hydrogen and all three Rp are —NR1R2.

G is hydrogen.

R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, alkaryl, substituted alkaryl, and R4; R4 is a organic group composed of one or more organic monomers with said monomer molecular weights ranging from 28 to 500. Any charge present in any of the compounds is balanced with a suitable independently selected internal or external counterion, wherein at least one of R1 and R2 is an R4 that comprises at least two monomers, wherein the leuco composition is uncolored and undergoes color change only when contacted with a triggering agent, wherein the laundry care composition comprises an antioxidant.
